My background weaves together yoga, nervous system work, mindfulness, and a long-standing interest in how we care for ourselves, both internally and within the spaces we live in.
Over the years, I’ve explored practices that support a more grounded, connected way of living, and Known Ground is a reflection of that journey.
My approach is simple, intuitive, and deeply human.
I’m less interested in rigid structures, wellness trends, or adding more pressure onto ourselves in the name of self-improvement. Instead, I’m interested in helping people find what genuinely supports them in a way that feels sustainable, nourishing, and real.
Everything I offer comes from lived experience —
not from perfection, but from curiosity, care, and a genuine desire to create spaces where people can soften, reconnect, and feel supported.
Whether through yoga, women’s gatherings, or caring for plants and spaces, the intention remains the same:
to help people feel a little more grounded in themselves and in their lives.
