Yoga with Camilla
Yoga has been a practice I have explored for over 15 years. It is a practice that is ever changing, and with it, has supported me through many transitions in my life. It is a way of life that is dear to my heart as it has been the steady and thought provoking support system I’ve leaned on time and time again.
For me, yoga is not about being flexible or being good at it. I’ve come to understand that it runs so much deeper than that and it is within this realm that lasting changes occur.
I continue to nurture my self practice and teach as I have experienced first hand how transformative this path can be.
In my classes, you can expect space to slow down and to begin to listen inwards. Some days that might feel grounding and steady, other days more challenging or releasing. There is no expectation to arrive a certain way.
I guide with an emphasis on feeling rather than performing, inviting you to move in a way that supports your body, not forcing it into a shape. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more connected, a little more at home within yourself, and with something you can carry into your life beyond the mat.

We’ll explore a blend of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Each week offers something a little different - some classes are slow & stretchy, others a little stronger and more energising.
At it’s core, every class is intentionally created to support your nervous system, prioritise how your body feels over how it looks. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, creating space in the mind while easing tension in the body.
Each class is a small corner of space in your week that’s dedicated entirely to you. -
I care deeply about creating inclusive classes where you’re encouraged to listen to your own body and its needs.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to begin, just open and willing to explore.
Whilst some movement or mobility in your routine can be helpful, it is not a requirement. Options are given and you are always invited to move in a way that feels right for you. -
