Questions You May Have

We’ll explore a blend of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. Each week offers something a little different - some classes are slow & stretchy, others a little stronger and more energising.
At it’s core, every class is intentionally created to support your nervous system, prioritise how your body feels over how it looks. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, creating space in the mind while easing tension in the body.
Each class is a small corner of space in your week that’s dedicated entirely to you. -
I care deeply about creating inclusive classes where you’re encouraged to listen to your own body and its needs. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to begin, just open and willing to explore.
Whilst some movement or mobility in your routine can be helpful, it is not a requirement. Options are given and you are always invited to move in a way that feels right for you. -
Yes - and it’s one of my favourite ways to work. I offer private 1:1 sessions and small group classes, each one thoughtfully tailored to you. It’s a chance to slow things down, go deeper, and be supported in a way that isn’t always possible in a group setting.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, we create something that feels aligned for you.
